Because JR-TO3S Pro’s in-ear detection function and touch IC are interrelated, if accidental touch failure occurs, the in-ear detection may not be detected. Please turn off the in-ear detection manually and restart the in-ear detection function to try the touch operation (Note :Please wear the headset well during use to ensure that the in-ear detection position of the headset is incontact with your ear.
Note: Custom on/ off in-ear sensing function
IOS system:
Open mobile phone》Settings》Bluetooth
Click “at the right of “Connected Bluetooth”
Enter the earphone custom interface
Automatic in-ear sensing:
Sliding the left side to close the in-ear sensing function, sliding the right green to open the in-ear sensing function, according to individual needs to choose whether you need the in-ear sensing function
Android system:
Press and hold the touch area for 8Seconds, and release it after hearing a “di”, you can directly turn off the ear detection function on the device.
